RESERVATION FEE - A non-refundable fee of $15.00 (plus 6.75 NC Sales Tax) is charged for each reservation.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT - An advance deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received in order to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER - If a confirmed reservation is canceled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire confirmation deposit will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the canceled period.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – A $300.00 Security Deposit for the faithful performance of the rental agreement is required on all rental properties. The security deposit is due at check-in, and you may provide an imprint of your credit card.

CLEANING FEE- $65.00 All Linens and Towels Provided
